Established in 1997 by Hubert Lévy-Lambert, a graduate of the Ecole Ploytechnique, PAREF is a property corporation specializing in real estate investment and management on behalf of third parties.

The PAREF Group’s mission is to assemble a property asset base of commercial and residential buildings.

In a period of eight years, the Group’s executives have been able to develop a remarkable property corporation based on four complementary fields of activity :

Commercial investment : PAREF owns a number of buildings in Paris and the Paris region.

Residential investment : PAREF owns apartment buildings in Paris, acquired under temporary usufruct arrangements.

Property trading : Parmarch, a PAREF subsidiary trading in property, purchases apartment buildings and resells the individual apartments.

Management on behalf of third parties : PAREF GESTION, a PAREF subsidiary accredited by the AMF (the Financial Markets Authority), manages three real estate investment trusts (REITS) : Pierre 48, a REIT based on occupied dwellings, specifically under the provisions of the Act of 1948, Novapierre 1, a shop premises REIT, and Interpierre, an office REIT.
