including a hotel near the Paris Opera House and an
office block near Place Vendôme.
Residential
investment : PAREF owns apartment buildings
in Paris, acquired under temporary usufruct arrangements.
Property
trading : Parmarch, a PAREF subsidiary trading
in property, purchases apartment buildings and resells
the individual apartments.
Management
on behalf of third parties : PAREF Gestion, a PAREF
subsidiary accredited by the AMF (the Financial Markets
Authority), manages three real estate investment trusts
(REITS) : Pierre 48, a REIT based on occupied dwellings,
specifically under the provisions of the Act of 1948,
Novapierre 1, a shop premises REIT, and Interpierre,
an office REIT.
