S.A. with a capital of 253.440 € accredited by the AMF
(the Financial Markets Authority), is a PAREF subsidiary.
Paref Gestion manages three real estate investment
trusts (REITS) : Pierre 48, a REIT based on occupied dwellings,
specifically under the provisions of the Act of 1948, Novapierre
1, a shop premises REIT, and Interpierre, an office REIT.
Paref Gestion also acts as manager for foreign
investors
( Shelbourne Development).

48, which obtained the Innovation prize from
the Paris Investment Forum is a REIT based on occupied
dwellings specifically under the provisions of the Act
of 1948 (+294% since 1996).
NOVAPIERRE
is a shop premises REIT mainly in Paris.
INTERPIERRE
is recently converting
into an office REIT before being reopened whose strategy
consists of setting up a diversified property holdings
portfolio in France & Europe.

management of dedicated funds for French and foreign
