	Introduction SOPARGEM renamed PAREF Gestion, S.A. with a capital of 253.440 € accredited by the AMF (the Financial Markets Authority), is a PAREF subsidiary. SOPARGEM renamed PAREF Gestion manages real estate investment trusts and acts as manager for foreign investors.

The Group’s executives have been able to develop a remarkable corporate property based on four complementary fields of activity :

- Commercial investment : PAREF owns a number of buildings in Paris and the Paris region, including an hotel near the Paris Opera House and an office block near Place Vendôme.

- Residential investment : PAREF owns apartment buildings in Paris, acquired under temporary usufruct arrangements.

- Property trading : Parmarch, a PAREF subsidiary property trading in property, purchases apartment buildings and resells the individual apartments.

- Management on behalf of third parties : PAREF Gestion, a PAREF subsidiary accredited by the AMF (the Financial Markets Authority), manages three real estate investment trusts (REITS) : Pierre 48, a REIT based on occupied dwellings, specifically under the provisions of the Act of 1948, Novapierre 1, a shop premises REIT, and Interpierre, an office REIT.

PAREF Gestion also acts as manager for foreign investors ( Shelbourne Development).

In total, the assets acquired and managed by the PAREF Group exceed 100.000 m² (1,076,391 sq. ft.) in area and represent €274m in value.
